Ross Edelstein, CEO
Ross is the founder and CEO of Autism. He is an award winning, internationally recognized and working activist, advocate, consultant, speaker, and researcher, working around disability in cultural spaces. Ross has experience working in all disability areas, from site assessment to policy analysis to program creation, as well as creating and prototyping new exhibits and support tools.

Ross' range of experience comes from a unique blend of professional, academic, and personal experience. Not only is Ross a leading expert in a professional sense, he's also Autistic himself.

In founding Autism, Ross wanted to create an organization that is based on the principles of disability justice, and to work to improve the way that organizations provide support for people with all disabilities. Especially as an Autistic adult, Ross is acutely aware of how often the voices of the community are not included in these projects. Working with Autism provides a unique opportunity to incorporate these voices into what your organization does.
